Gravensteen Hotel offers you a range of 3 types of rooms.
The standard and executive rooms, on the one hand, and the Deluxe room on the other hand.
In addition, the hotel has a Belvédère, a room with 360° view of Ghent and Castle of the Counts.

The breakfast room “De Morgenstond (The Dawn)” is completely finished in natural wood, and it is a place where you can enjoy a rich and varied breakfast buffet, adapted to the season.

The hotel has 49 personalised rooms, all of them equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and free WiFi. Business people have the possibility to create their own WiFi network, which offers them even more options.

Monday to Friday: from 6.30 am to 10 am
Weekend: from 7 am to 10.30 am
Room service breakfast between 7 am and 10 am, subject to a €7.50 supplement.

Bar ‘De Donjon’ open from 7.30 am to 3 am. The place to enjoy a local regional beer, a delicious cup of coffee, a diversity of teas, digestives and much more.

During the summer our guests can relax in our private courtyard. If the weather permits it and the temperature is agreeable, meeting breaks can also take place here.

You can use the gym area free of charge.
The private sauna costs €10.00.

Parking

The hotel has a private parking which is charged at €19.00 per day.
Places cannot be reserved.

Launderette

Hotel Gravensteen also has a laundry service. All items delivered to reception before 9 am from Monday to Friday will be returned on the same day before 8 pm.
 

Cancellation:

Cancellation free of charge when you cancel in writing 48 hours before the day of arrival.
“Non Refundable” bookings will not be refunded, as indicated in the name.
